Due to the nature of our products being 100% natural food items, consumable and perishable, we follow a strict NO RETURN, NO REPLACEMENT AND NO REFUND POLICY.

1. No Returns: Once sold and dispatched, we do not accept returns for any reason including change of mind, taste preference, or delayed delivery.

2. No Replacement / Exchange: We do not offer replacement or exchange of products.

3. No Refund: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and paid for.

4. Damaged / Wrong Product on Arrival – Exception:
In the rare case you receive a wrong product or a physically damaged / leaked packet during transit, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video + photos of parcel and product to support@natureswadmasala.in.
If approved after verification, we may at our sole discretion offer a reshipment of same product or coupon code. Refund will still not be provided. Claims without video proof will not be entertained.

This exception does not apply if damage is due to improper handling after delivery.
